Richard Prebble points out in The Letter today that none of Labour's pledge cards included the Parliamentary Crest. This is a requirement if the advertising is paid for out of Parliamentary funds - such as the Leader's budget, which funded those pledge cards.
Prebble suggests that this is prima facie evidence that Helen Clark knew that they shouldn't have used the Leader's budget for this funding and tried to hide evidence of it.free PSP X Studio V2.56
