I have to say that this is rather ridiculous - he has admitted filing false declarations as recently as September last year. Whether or not he ends up being charged is fairly irrelevant - he has broken the law and admitted doing so. Otherwise what message does that send? It's okay to break the law, as long we can convince no-one to charge you over it.
However, given that he has admitted it, I don't see how the Companies Office can avoid charging him, barring political interference of course.[pP]>Dr. mario indir
