Housing NZ Inquiry

The Minister has now announced that the Auditor-General will investigate the allegations of financial mismanagement at Housing New Zealand, and the claims that "hush money" was payed to keep it quiet. The board of Housing NZ had decided on an internal inquiry, but this has now been rejected by the Minister.

Good on you Chris Carter - this decision I completely agree with.
