The NZ Herald reports that David Cunliffe has breached Cabinet Office guidelines which strongly urge Ministers not to make public comments about the prospects of listed companies as they may appear to have inside information, even if they in fact do not. It appears as those these guidelines were drafted after Helen Clark's comments about Air New Zealand several years ago.[pP]>antivirus para nokia gratis
As I stated before, these comments were really stupid, but he is unlikely to have actually breached the law, and the Cabinet Office guidelines and just that - guidelines. [pP]>antivirus para nokia gratis
But there are going to be several oral questions about this today in Parliament which could make things interesting.[pP]>antivirus para nokia gratis
