It appears as though English football hooligans can't even watch their own team win. There were some big screens setup in London for England's first game in the World Cup, but 200 fans watching it managed to get into a big brawl. The screens were turned off for the second half.
Bottles were thrown everywhere with no apparent cause for the violence.
The Brits have already limited the travelling of known hooligans, and required some to report to police stations during England's games. Maybe they need to extend this somewhat further.
