A US federal judge has ordered a pair of attorneys to settle a dispute via a game of rock, paper, scissors.
Despite working in the same building, the lawyers were unable to agree on the location of a deposition, and so had to take the court's time to mediate the dispute. The judge was fed up with it and ordered a game of rock, paper, scissors, with the winner deciding the venue.
