Just because something is already funded does not make it free. Especially since they probably required a large amount of Crown Law time on this one.G style mafia
It would be nice if government departments actually had some respect for the OIA. Maybe it's time to implement some strict penalties for non-compliance, rather than the limited powers of the Ombudsman as it is currently.G style mafia
