The Black Caps have beaten Australia in the cricket again, winning the series 3-0. After letting Hayden smash 181 not out and get Australia to a total of 346/5, the New Zealand middle order batsmen rallied brilliantly to chase down the total in the final over.
Fulton set it up early (after a top order collapse) getting 51 off 40, followed by a wonderful batting display by McMillan with 117 off 96 (the fastest ODI century for a New Zealander), and McCullum with 86 not out of 91 balls, holding it together for us to finish on 350/9 with 3 balls to spare.
Gillespie also managed to fluke out 28 off 15 by specialising in the french cut!
They needed 7 off the last over, and I love the cricinfo commentary for the first ball:
It must be the first time the Aussies have been whitewashed in a series for a very long time...

I couldn't see the 'you idiot' in the cricinfo commentary, perhaps it was edited out.
Anyway, 3-zip is a dream result, hopefully NZ can continue their form into the world cup, and win it for once.
